Sprinkler Systems
Automatic sprinkler systems are the most effective passive fire protection for buildings. Each sprinkler head activates independently when local temperatures exceed a set threshold — discharging water directly over the fire source without requiring human intervention.
Ideal Fire designs, supplies and installs all types of sprinkler systems — wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action and deluge — fully compliant with NBC 2016 and NFPA 13 standards.
Types of Sprinkler Systems

Wet Pipe Systems
Most common type. Pipes are filled with pressurised water ready for instant discharge on sprinkler head activation.

Dry Pipe Systems
Pipes filled with pressurised air — ideal for freezing environments (cold stores, car parks) where wet pipes would freeze.

Pre-Action Systems
Requires two triggers (detector + sprinkler) before discharge — protecting sensitive areas like data centres from accidental activation.

Deluge Systems
Open sprinkler heads, all discharge simultaneously on detection. Used in aircraft hangars, chemical plants & high-hazard areas.

ESFR Sprinklers
Early Suppression Fast Response heads for high-rack warehouse storage — delivering high-density water discharge.

Water Mist Systems
High-pressure fine mist suppresses fire using minimal water — ideal for heritage buildings, hotels and marine applications.
